Payment
50% deposit on booking
50% balance 14 days prior to arrival
$1,000 security bond in cash or bank deposit
Security bond returned within 48 hours of departure
All Prices include GST.

Prices quoted are for the agreed number of guests at time of booking only. Extra guests must be approved in advance and will be charged.

Cancellation policy
We will refund your deposit if we are able to rebook the premises for your dates.
If not deposit is forfeited

Noise and Decor
We live in a very serene community
No parties
No noise audible from outside after 9.30pm
Close windows if playing music after 9.30 pm

The decor of Byron Plantation is made up of precious, unique collectables from our world travels. Much of the decor is light in colour giving a unique spacious, airy, relaxed feel. As such the house is not suitable as a play area. There are a 100 acres outside for boys to be boys..

Access
Byron Plantation is situated on a gentle slope overlooking the cane fields and the Ocean Access to the house is via a single flight of stairs only. It is not suitable for disabled access, we are currently building a new cottage which will feature disabled access. The house is also not suitable for Pets and no pets are allowed.
