50% deposit, paid on booking.   50% balance paid 14 days prior to arrival.
$1,000 security bond in cash or bank deposit. Security bond returned within 48 hours of departure.

Prices quoted are for the agreed number of guests at time of booking only. Extra guests must be approved in advance and will be charged.

The Bed configuration is one King Size Bed in each of the two corner rooms and two King Size Singles in the other two rooms. All rooms can be made up with King Size Beds or King Size Singles for a charge of $50 per room with advance notice.

Cancellation policy
We will refund your deposit if we are able to rebook the premises for your dates. If not, deposit is forfeited.

Noise and Decor
We live in a very serene community.
No parties. No noise audible from outside after 9.30pm. Close windows if playing music after 9.30 pm.

The decor of Byron Plantation features many precious, unique collectables from our world travels. Much of the decor is light in colour giving a unique spacious, airy, relaxed feel. As such the house is not suitable as a play area. There are a 100 acres outside for boys to be boys.

Access
Byron Plantation is situated on a gentle slope overlooking the cane fields and the Ocean Access to the house is via a single flight of stairs only. It is not suitable for disabled access, we are currently building a new cottage which will feature disabled access. The house is also not suitable for pets and no pets are allowed.
